He is an international symphony conductor, a lawyer, a businessman, a chef, a pilot and an amateur photographer.
Mr. Zaliouk lives both in the USA and Israel. Like most artists, he was influenced by leftist ideology until in 2000, following the failed Camp David negotiations, he understood that the Palestinians have no intention of ever reaching true and lasting peace with Israel.
Thus began a period of thorough studies of the Middle East conflict. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Zaliouk launched his Truth Provider bulletin dispatched to an ever expanding list of readers all over the world, today about 6000 and growing.
In twelve years, he wrote over 1500 Truth Provider articles and gave many lectures to communities, churches and schools with the goal of countering biased anti-Israel media and educating his audiences about the origin, history and geography of the conflict.
a U.S. Army veteran, obtained his BA in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and his MA in International Relations from the University of Chicago, specializing in Security Studies; he also has an MBA from the University of Findlay, Ohio.
He has been involved in Israel advocacy since the late 1990s, and currently serves on the Jewish Community Relations Council of the Jewish Federation of Greater Toledo in a volunteer capacity as the Israel Advocacy Coordinator. He has made numerous contributions to local media in NW Ohio (e.g., letters to the editor, op-ed columns, TV appearances), and has also advocated for Israel at the national level.
